How? Read this Korma Paste preparation.
The cashew nuts are added to a food processor and blended on pulse. Add tomato sauce, ginger, garlic, and seasonings. Add pepper & salt as per your taste and make a thick Creamy Chicken Soup out of these. Add water to make it thin if it gets too thick.
After making the paste thick, mix it in a tiny bowl with the yogurt till it gets wet.
The second step is to marinate the chicken.
Next, pour the Korma sauce over the chopped chicken and stir well. Add the chicken to the Korma marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and make its flavor more delicious. You can leave it overnight to make it a deliciously authentic dish.
Now the third step is to cook Spicy Chicken korma.
When preparing to cook, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, add onions and cook with peppers. Cook for 5 minutes to soften, add chicken, and cook with the Korma sauce and chicken broth. Stir and cook for 15 minutes over the pan, add heavy cream or coconut milk, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Don't let it boil. If you want to make the flavor more robust, you can simmer for longer. I usually let it simmer for 20 minutes or longer to get more flavor.
That's it, Garnish the Authentic Chicken Korma and serve
