Creamy Coconut Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

 Ingredients Quantity
ALCO Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
Smoothie mix (TUSOL CALM) 1 packet 
Frozen Mango Chunks 1/4 cup
Frozen Pineapple Chunks 1/4 cup
Frozen bananas 2
Coconut Milk 300 ml 
Fresh Ginger 1 Piece 
Honey/Maple Syrup optional 2 tsp 

 

METHOD

  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Add more liquid or honey/maple syrup if desired.
  4. Top with toppings of your choice and add a little drizzle of coconut milk for extra creaminess.
  5. Top with sliced banana, Toasted coconut flakes and mango chunks!
