Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |
Bread | 1 slice |
Butter | ½ tablespoon |
Egg | 1 |
Shredded Cheese | 3 tablespoons |
Salt | to taste |
ALCO Red Chili Powder | to taste |

METHOD:
- First with a spoon, press down on the center of the bread to form a pocket.
- Then line the edges of the bread with butter, then crack an egg into the pocket.
- Now line the edges of the bread with shredded cheese.
- Then sprinkle on salt and pepper, then bake at 400°F (204°C) for 10-15 min, and 10 min will have a runny yolk whereas 15 min will have a firmer yolk. Enjoy!
