    Make Easy Egg Toast for Perfect Breakfast

    Eggs are a great way to start your day as they are rich in vitamins, minerals, zinc, iron, and copper. Egg Toast for a perfect fast and easy breakfast!

    Ingredients

    • 1 slice of Bread
    • ½ tablespoon of Butter
    • 1 Egg
    • 3 tablespoons Shredded Cheese
    • to taste Salt
    • ALCO Red Chili Powder to taste

    METHOD

    • First with a spoon, press down on the center of the bread to form a pocket.
    • Then line the edges of the bread with butter, then crack an egg into the pocket.
    • Now line the edges of the bread with shredded cheese.
    • Then sprinkle on salt and pepper, then bake at 400°F (204°C) for 10-15 min, and 10 min will have a runny yolk whereas 15 min will have a firmer yolk. 
    • Enjoy!
