METHOD: 

  1. First, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Then wrap tortillas in foil and heat while the meat is cooking.
  2. Then preheat saute pan medium-to-high for 2-3 minutes. Then place onions and crumbled ground round into pan, breaking into small pieces as it browns. Then continue to cook until browned.
  3. Now drain liquid from the pan. Then add spices seasoning mixture and water, then simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
  4. Then, while the meat is cooking, chop tomato and shred lettuce. Then remove tortillas from the oven.
  5. Then assemble tacos, filling each with a portion of beef. Top each with tomato, lettuce, cheese, and peri peri cajun seasoning (if desired).
  6. Enjoy your yummy Tacos!
