    Bay Leaf 2-3
    ALCO Star Anish 1-2
    Cumin Seed 1 tbsp.
    Cashew 5-8
    White Pepper 1 tsp( crushed)
    Cinnamon Stick 1 inch
    Green Cardamom 1-2
    Cloves 2-3
    Onion 1 (sliced)
    Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
    ALCO Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
    ALCO Coriander Powder 1 tsp
    Tomato 1 (chopped)
    ALCO Kashmiri chili Powder 1 tsp
    Beans 5-8
    Capsicum (cubed)
    Green Peas 1/2 cup
    Carrot 1 (chopped)
    Potato 1 (cubed)
    ALCO Garam Masala  1 tsp
    ALCO Pulao Masala 2 tbsp.
    Fennel / Saunf 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Water 2 cup
    Basmati Rice 1 cup

    METHOD:

    1. Firstly, in a large kadhai heat 2 tbsp ghee. Then add cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon, pod cardamom powder, cloves, white pepper, star anise, and cashew. sauté on low flame until all spices turn aromatic.

    2. Now add onion and ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until the color changes slightly. After then, add chopped tomato, Kashmiri chili powder, and sauté until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.

    3. Then, add vegetables. sauté for a minute until the vegetables turn cooked well and aromatic. now add pulao masala, fennel / saunf, and salt. mix well. Then add 2 cups of water and stir well getting to a boil.

    4. Now, once the water comes to a rolling boil, add 1 cup of basmati rice and coriander leaves. make sure to soak basmati rice for 15-20 minutes, mix well, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes.

    5. Now after 20 minutes, veg pulao is ready to serve, it good to taste with Raita.
