Oranges, Quartered 2 (remove peel)
Lemon 1/4 (remove peel)
Apple 1 (cut into eighths)

8. For Cucumber Cooler Juice:

Ripe Cantaloupe Seeds Removed 1/4((no need to peel))
Celery 2 stalks
Cucumber 1/2(cut into slices)
Lemon 1/4(remove peel)

  1. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions for normal juicing in your juicer manual. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
