    Ingredients

    For Salad Dressing

    Ingredients Quantity
    ALCO Chaat Masala 1 tsp
    Salt 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper 1/4 tsp
    Sugar 2 tsp
    Fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup
    Fresh orange juice 2 tbsp.
    Roasted sesame seeds 1/4 cup
    Olive oil 1/4 cup
    Nutritional yeast 2 tbsp.
    Ginger (finely shredded) 1 tbsp.

    For Tofu

    Firm tofu 6 oz
    Salt 1/4 tsp
    Black pepper 1/4 tsp
    Ginger (finely shredded) 1 tbsp.
    Lemon juice 2 tsp
    For Chickpeas
    Chickpea 15 oz can
    Oil 1 tbsp.
    Salt 1/4 tsp
    Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
    Lemon juice 1 tsp
    Ginger juice 1 tsp
    For Other Salad Ingredients
    Romaine lettuce (roughly chopped) 1 cup
    Spinach leaves (roughly chopped) 1/2 cup
    Cucumber (cut into bite size) 1/4 cup
    Pear (cut into bite size pieces) 1/4 cup
    Orange (peeled and cut into bite size pieces) 1/2
    Cherry tomato (cut into half) 8
    Asian cucumber (thinly sliced long ways) 1

    METHOD:

          For Dressing:
    1. Firstly, blend all the salad dressing ingredients together, like lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil, chaat masala, roasted sesame seeds, salt, black pepper, sugar, ginger, orange juice. The dressing should be pourable consistency. Keep aside.
    2. Then Tofu, drained the water and pat dry the tofu, and cut the tofu into about ½ inch cubes. then grill the tofu over medium heat. Now lightly oil the pan and spread the tofu pieces, and grill the tofu from both sides until they are light brown. It will take about 3 mins
    3. Then drizzle, lemon juice over tofu, salt, and black pepper turn them lightly. Then turn off the heat, and take them out in a bowl.
          Prepare chickpeas:
    1. Here drain the water and wash the chickpea. Then sauté the chickpeas over medium-high heat, and add oil, oil should be moderately hot add chickpeas, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and ginger.
    2. Then stir them together for about 2 mins. Then chickpeas will have a nice flavor.
         Assembling the salad:
    1.  Firstly, use the bowl you will serve the salad, spread lettuce, spinach leaves, add cucumber, pair cut, orange, and tomatoes.
    2. Next, drizzle about 2 tbsp of dressing and toss them together. Then add 1/3 cup of chickpeas and 1/3 cup of grilled tofu on one side. Now again drizzle about 2 tbsp of dressing. salad is ready to serve.
