    Ingredients

    Ingredients Quantity
    Meat Masala 2 tsp
    Olive oil 3 tbsp.
    Lamb Rib Chops 6
    Salt and pepper As needed
    Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
    Light brown sugar packed 1 cup
    Balsamic vinegar 1/3 cup
    Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
    Fresh parsley for garnish Optional

    METHOD:

    1. Firstly, add olive oil to the pan and heat over medium-high heat. Season lamb chops on each side with salt and pepper to taste and Meat Masala.
    2. Then once the pan is hot, sear the chops on each side for up to 2 minutes then remove chops from the pan and let rest.
    3. Then turn the heat down to medium-low. Then add minced garlic to the pan and cook for one minute making sure you don’t burn it.
    4. Then next whisk in brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Then allow the sauce to thicken.
    5. Then add chops back into the pan, baste with sauce and continue to cook the chops until they are at your level of the desired doneness. Then remove chops from the pan and place them on a serving platter.
    6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
