
Special Creamy Chicken For Father's Day
Creamy Chicken or Chicken Korma is rooted in Mughlai cuisine. Korma means to marinate a slice of meat and then braise the meat in a cream base. When the meat is braised in the cream base, the meat becomes extremely tender and the gravy becomes a rich and creamy glaze.
Creamy Chicken is a very creamy, mild, and flavorful curry that contains braised chicken. Creamy Chicken is best served with rice or naan.

Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |
Water | 3 cups |
ALCO Creamy Chicken Gravy | 100g |
Chicken | 2 cup cubed |
Ginger Paste | 1 tbsp |
Garlic Paste | 1 tbsp |
Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Butter | 1/3 tbsp |
Heavy Whipping Cream | 2 tbsp |

METHOD:
- Prep:
- Marinate chicken in salt, garlic, & ginger: 15-20 min.
- Add the Easy Indie Bowl jar contents to a bowl & mix thoroughly with water to create gravy.
- Cook:
- Pan fry chicken: 3 min.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add gravy & bring to a rapid simmer on med/high heat. Stir regularly until thickening or desired consistency 6-12 min. Stir to avoid burning.
- Remove from heat & drizzle in the cream. Let sit: 3 min.
- Enjoy!
