Easy Raita

 Ingredients Quantity
Yogurt 1 1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
Cucumber (finely diced) 1 cup
ALCO Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp
ALCO Chaat Masala tsp
Salt As needed
1. Cut your cucumber into tiny cubes, and add cilantro/ coriander leaves.
2. Stir together the yogurt, salt and cumin powder, chaat masala.
3. Add the cucumber and cilantro. Stir to combine. And you’re done! Raita.
