Easy and Quick Boiled Egg Fry

INGREDIENTS

Boiled Egg 4
ALCO Kashmiri Chili Powder 1 tsp
ALCO Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt To need
ALCO Egg Curry Masala 1 tsp
ALCO Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Oli  2 tbsp.
METHOD
  1. Firstly, Boil 4 eggs. Then crack the eggshell and slice them.

  2. Then in a small bowl, add egg curry masala, Kashmiri chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, Chaat Masala, and salt.

  3. Then add 1 some water and make a thick paste of spices.

  4. Now apply the spicy paste to the sliced eggs.

  5. Then take a non-stick pan and spread the oil and heat it.

  6. Now shallow fry the sliced masala-coated boiled eggs by flipping both sides on low flame.

  7. Serve hot.
