PANEER TIKKA MASALA

We believe that we must make the most out of food. 9 out of 10 people love having Paneer Tikka masala, and the 10th person is lying! Imagine seeing the white, soft, and velvety cottage cubes nestling in tomato-rich gravy; the sight is too good to be disturbed. Life is better when it is homemade comfort food.
Paneer Tikka Masala is a legendary Indian curry, just like paneer tikka butter masala. Here, cubes of paneer (i.e., Indian cottage cheese), peppers, and onions are marinated in yogurt and spices, grilled and then tossed in a creamy tomato-based curry. Both Paneer Tikka Masala, as well as its non-gravy cousin, the paneer tikka masala dry, go very well with butter naan or paratha or basmati rice.
The word 'paneer' came from the Persian word 'panir,' meaning 'cheese.' The Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe, a recipe that found its origin in the Northern part of India, is a curried dish where grilled paneer cubes get simmered in the hot curry of Tikka masala. The paneer marinades in a spicy tikka masala. You examine them in the skewers. Once it is charcoal cooked, you pour it into Tikka masala gravy. The curry comprises onions, peppers, yogurt, and spices. The recipe is enjoyable with hot lachcha paratha, garlic naan, paratha, plain naan, or roti.
