Roasted Paneer Tikka | Without Oven

INGREDIENTS:

 Ingredients Quantity
Paneer 450 g
Greek Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
ALCO Paneer Masala 1 tbsp.
ALCO Kashmiri Chili Powder 1 tbsp.
ALCO Garam Masala 1 tsp 
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp 
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp.
ALCO Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Mustard Oil 1 + 3 tbsp. 
Salt  to taste
METHOD  

 1. Mix together all, ingredients 2 tbsp. Greek Yoghurt, 1 tbsp. paneer masala, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp. kashmiri chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, ginger- garlic paste, lemon juice along with 1 tbsp. mustard oil, until
lump-free.

2. Apply this marinade to the paneer strips and keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes Heat your griddle pan over medium heat with the remaining mustard oil. Place the marinated strips on it and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side and well browned.


4. Sprinkle the chaat masala over and serve your delicious pan
roasted paneer tikka alongside a spicy green chutney.
