Step By Step Recipe
- In a larger saucepan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the carrots, celery, and onion. Pour the broth and add the bay leaves, parsley, turmeric, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir until it combines.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook, uncovered or partially covered, for 12-15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked thoroughly.
