    Ingredients

    Ingredients Quantity
    Macaroni 1 cup
    Milk 3 Cups
    Butter ½ Cup
    Cornstarch ½ Cup
    Mozzarella Cheese 1 Cup
    Cheddar Cheese ¼ Cup
    Corn 1 cup
    Tomato Sliced 1 cup
    Carrot  1 cup
    Cauliflower Florets 1 cup
    Broccoli Florets 1 cup
    Capsicum 1 cup
    Salt  to taste
    Black Pepper to taste (crushed)
    ALCO Chaat Masala to taste

    METHOD:

    1. Firstly, take boil water with salt. Then add the macaroni and cook for 3-5 mins. Then while cooking the broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, corn, and tomatoes. all veggies, Set aside

    2. Then In a large pan over high heat, stir the butter, cornstarch, milk, mozzarella, cheddar, and heavy cream until getting a thick sauce.

    3. Then add the vegetables, mix very well and set aside. Then once the macaroni is ready, drain it and transfer it to the pan with the sauce. Stir together.

    4. Now serve in plates sprinkles Chaat Masala and enjoy.
