    Ginger 3 tbsp
    Japanese Leek(Green Onion) 1 finely chopped
    ALCO Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
    ALCO Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
    Shrimp Pieces 10
    ALCO Fish Curry Masala 1 tbsp
    Coriander Leaves as needed
    Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
    Chicken Stock 1/2 tsp
    Salt to tate
    Water 100ml
    Potato Starch 1 tsp

    Alcoeats Spicy Shrimp Chili Recipe

    METHOD:

    1. First, cut wonton wrappers into strips and deep fry them in cooking oil.
    2. Then add sesame oil, ginger, minced garlic, spring onions, and shrimps (peeled and deveined) to a frying pan and stir fry.
    3. Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and fish curry masala, then cook for 2 minutes.
    4. After then add in all the sauce ingredients (potato starch and water should be mixed together).
    5. Then turn the heat back on and cook until the sauce thickens.
    6. Now place the fried wonton strips on a plate and top with the spicy shrimps.
    7. Serve with coriander leaves and enjoy!
