Grilled Kidney Beans Recipe
You can’t have a cookout without a side of beans! Kardec's better-than-canned version is cooked right on the grill, so there’s no need to stand over a hot stove.

Grilled Kidney Beans Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup- Sweet Yellow Onion
- 1/2 cup- Green Bell Pepper
- Oil- for cooking
- Two 15.5-ounce- Red Kidney beans
- Two 15.5-ounce- White Beans
- One 15-ounce- Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup- ketchup 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup- Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp- Yellow Mustard
- 1 tbsp- Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp- Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp- ALCO Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp- Curry Masala
- 2 cloves- Garlic, Mince
- For garnish (optional)- Green Onions
Method
- Preheat a grill for cooking at medium-high heat.
- Place a skillet on the grill. Cook the onions and green peppers with some oil in the skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the beans, tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, cayenne, chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic, and stir.
- Cook with the grill covered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes. Garnish with green onions, if using.
