- 1 Tbsp- Chopped ginger

- ½ Cup- Broccoli florets
- ½ Cup- Bell pepper
- ½ cup- Yellow bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp- Cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp- Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp- Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp- Chili garlic sauce
- ½ Cup- Vegetable broth
- To taste- Salt
- 1 Tsp- Sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp- Green onions

- Use a paper towel to firmly press down on the tofu to expel all of the liquid, ensuring it is entirely dry. Afterward, cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, combine salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and tofu and mix until fully incorporated.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, and then add the tofu cubes. Fry the cubes until both sides are crisp. Transfer them to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil, and then set them aside.
