Grilled Kidney Beans Recipe

You can’t have a cookout without a side of beans! Kardec's better-than-canned version is cooked right on the grill, so there’s no need to stand over a hot stove.

    Sweet Yellow Onion 1/2 cup
    Green Bell Pepper 1/2 cup 
    Oil for cooking
    Red Kidney beans Two 15.5-ounce
    White Beans Two 15.5-ounce
    Tomato Sauce One 15-ounce
    1/2 cup Ketchup 1/2 cup ketchup  
    Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
    Yellow Mustard  1 tbsp
    Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp
    ALCO Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
    Curry Masala 1  tsp
    Garlic, Minced 2 cloves
    Green Onions For garnish (optional)

    Alcoeats Grilled Kidney Beans Recipe

    METHOD:

    1. Preheat a grill for cooking at medium-high heat.
    2. Place a skillet on the grill. Cook the onions and green peppers with some oil in the skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.
    3. Add the beans, tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, cayenne, chili powder, smoked paprika and garlic and stir. Cook with the grill covered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes. Garnish with green onions, if using.
