    Cabbage 1/2 cup
    Carrot 1/2 cup
    Capsicum 1/2 cup
    Spring onion greens 3-4 tsp
    Garlic  2 tsp
    Soya sauce  2 tsp
    Cooked Noodles 1/4 cup
    Salt  to taste
    Black Pepper 1 tsp
    Oil 34- tbsp
    Pastry Sheets Spring roll ready made as required
    All purpose flour (maida) 2 tsp (to seal the edges)

    METHOD:

    1. Firstly, melt butter in a  pot over medium- to -high heat.
    2. Then cook the shrimp until pinkish. Then add the green onion, tomato,  red chili powder, parsley, salt, and pepper, and stir until evenly mixed.
    3. Then pour in the milk, bringing it to a boil. Then stir in the cooked pasta until well-coated.
