Delicious Mexican Street Corn

INGREDIENTS

 Ingredients Quantity
ALCO Kashmiri Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Mexican Crema 1 1/2 tbsp.
Butter (softened) 3 tbsp.
Mayonnaise 1/3 cup
Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
Garlic powder 2 tsp
Cotija cheese (crumbled) 3/4 cup
Cilantro (chopped, split) 1/4 cup
Corn 6 ears
Herdez Guac Salsa® 1/4 cup

 

METHOD

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Shuck ears of corn, leaving ends attached.
  3. Combine crema, HERDEZ GUAC SALSA®, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and half of the cilantro in bowl. Set aside.
  4. Grill corn directly over heat, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Turning often, until kernels are spotted brown.
  5. Spread butter on corn and sprinkle with salt. Then top each ear of corn with mixture.
  6. Generously add cotija cheese crumbles.
  7. Drizzle additional HERDEZ GUAC SALSA® over, if desired.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and ALCO Kashmiri Chili Powder; serve warm.
