Tofu Stir Fry | East & Simple

INGREDIENTS:

 Ingredients Quantity
Tofu 350g
Oil 1 tbsp.
Soy Sauce 3 tbsp.
Garlic - Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Green Onions 1 small
Fresh Chili Paste 1-2 tbsp.
Baby Spinach 250g
Toasted Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp.

METHOD:

1. First Prepare for serving time brown rice, Cauliflower rice Soba or rice, noodles, Quinoa (totally; optional). You can skip it this steps.

2. Then cut the tofu into cubes. Then drain the tofu. And to squeeze out excess moisture, wrap each cube in a paper towels and pat dry, pressing down on the tofu lightly.

3. Now in a large nonstick pan, and heat the oil over medium heat. Then add the tofu, and drizzle with 1 tbsp soy sauce, and stirring every minute or so until the tofu is nicely colored on all sides cooked off, about 10-12 min.

4. Then tofu become brown. Then add the green onion, ginger- garlic paste, chili paste, and the remaining 2 tbsp soy sauce. cook until fragrant, about 2 min.

5. Then, add spinach and cook spinach well. Then stir in the sesame seeds. Stir in the sesame oil. Then remove from the heat.
6. Then sprinkle the reserved green onions over the top. Then serve hot, with noodles, brown rice, or as you like.
