So let's make Martin Luther King, Jr.’s favorite Fried Chicken at home. This Fried Chicken looks difficult to make, but it's simple and tastes amazing with this recipe.
Extra Crispy Fried Chicken it’s all about their spice seasoning blend. Combine KFC’s secret recipe for its breading with A cups of flour to thoroughly coat your chicken pieces after dipping in an egg wash.

Full Cream Milk | 3 cup |
Lemon Juice | 4 tbsp |
ALCO Red Chili Powder | 1 tbsp |
Salt | To taste |
Black Pepper Powder | 1 tsp |
Garlic Powder | 1 tsp |
ALCO Cumin Powder | 1 tbsp |
Paprika Powder | 1 tbsp |
Mixed Herbswhole | 1 tbsp |
ALCO Chicken Masala | 1 tsp |
Chicken Pieces With Skin | 1 kg |
Maida/ Flour | 2 cups(all purpose) |
ALCO Kashmiri Chili Powder | 1 tsp |
Salt | to taste |
Black Pepper | 1 tsp (Powder) |
Onion Powder | 1 tsp |
Garlic Powder | 1 tsp |
Egg Whisked | 2 |
Cooking Oil | For frying |

Method:
1. Firstly, in a bowl, add milk, lemon juice and mix very well, cover and let it rest for 10-12 mins. Buttermilk is ready!
2. Then Add red chili powder, salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, chicken masala, cumin powder, mixed herbs, and mix well.
3. Then add chicken and coat well, and cover, and marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator. After then on a separate dish, add 1 cup flour, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, mix well & set aside.
4. Then take out chicken pieces from marination and place them on the grill rack. Then take out 2 ladles (approx. 1 cup marinade) and pour into a separate bowl, add eggs and whisk very well.
5. Now coat chicken pieces with dry flour mixture, dip into egg marination and again coat with dry flour mixture.
6. Then in a wok, heat cooking oil (140C) and fry chicken on low flame until golden. Then fry on high flame (170C) until crispy (approx. 2 mins).
