Paneer Chili is Indian Chinese cuisine, widely known as a vegetarian version of Chilli Chicken. It has three versions - dry, semi-gravy, or gravy.
Serve the dry version of chili paneer as a starter or appetizer snack, the gravy version goes well with Tandoori Roti, Naan, Noodles, or steamed Rice, and you can serve the semi-dry version as an appetizer. A Quick Recipe to make Restaurant-style Chili Paneer at home-
Take a frying pan, add butter to it, and when it melts, add minced Garlic to the pan. Saute the Garlic till it turns golden brown. Add cubed Capsicums, Onions and toss them. Avoid over-tossing as it will make them soft. Chill Paneer tastes well when the veggies are crispy. Add Paneer cubes when the veggies are ready.
Simultaneously in a bowl, empty the pack of Alco Paneer Chili Mix. Add 1 cup of water to form a runny gravy.
Pour out the gravy in the pan and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes so that it coats well onto the Paneer, Capsicum, and Onions.
Turn off the flame. Serve by sprinkling the finely chopped spring onions.
