          Water 2 cups
          Boiled Egg 3-4 
          Butter 1/3 tbsp
          Heavy Whapping Cream 1 tbsp

          METHOD:

          1. First, add Alco Egg Curry Gravy(50g) packet to a bowl and mix thoroughly with water to create a gravy.
          2. Then butter melts in pen.
          3. Then add gravy and bring to a rapid simmer on medium / high heat.
          4. Then Stir regularly until thickening or desired consistency 8-10 minutes, and stir to avoid barning.
          5. Then add a boiled egg to a pan, then continue simmering for 1-2 minutes. 
          6. Then remove from heat & Drizzle in cream and let sit 3 minutes.
          7. Serve hot with steamed rice or roti
