
Carrot Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |
Carrots | 2 cups |
Coconut Milk | 1-½ cups |
Coconut Cream | ½ cup |
ALCO Turmeric Powder | 1 tsp |
Fresh Ginger | 1/2-1 inch |
Stevia | to tste |
Cinnamon | ½ tsp. |

METHOD:
- Firstly, place the carrot chunks and coconut milk into a blender with turmeric powder, ginger, cinnamon, and stevia (or honey).

Then blend on medium speed until the slushy puree is completely smooth, about 50 seconds. Then use tamper as needed.

Then add cream and process for 15 seconds more.

Then adjust the sweetener according to your preference, then add a bit more stevia if needed, and blend again briefly.
