Baguette 1 large
Butter, Melted 1
Cloves Garlic 6
Chopped Parsley 2 tbsp
Kosher Salt to taste
ALCO Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Shredded Mozzarella 1c
Shredded Fontina 1c

METHOD:

  1. Firstly, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Now using a serrated knife, crosshatch baguette, making slices every inch in both directions and making sure to not slice through the bottom of the baguette.
  2. Then in a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Then season with salt and red chili powder.
  3. Now brush baguette with melted butter mixture, and make sure to get inside crosshatches.
  4. Then stuff each crosshatch with mozzarella and fontina and wrap bread completely in foil.
  5. Then make it until cheese is melted and bread is warm and toasty for 20 minutes.
  6. Now let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
