
Roasted Potatoes
Baked potatoes filled with garlic, herb, olive oil, butter, garam masala, and lemon. The best homemade roasted potatoes recipe ever!

Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |
ALCO Garam Masala | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1/4 tsp |
Black pepper (cracked) | 1/2 tsp |
Sprigs thyme | 5-6 |
Lemon (cut into wedges) | 1/2 |
Parsley leaves (chopped) | 1/2 tbsp. |
Garlic (top trimmed) | 2 heads |
Butter (melted) | 2 tbsp. |
Olive oil | 1/4 cup |
Baby, small or fingerling potatoes | 1 1/2 pounds (0.6 kg) |
ALCO Chaat Masala | sprinkle |

METHOD:
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Then cut slits on the potatoes, do not cut through.
- Then place the potatoes in a roasting pan and brush with olive oil and melted butter.
- Then add the garlic, lemon, parsley, and thyme in the pan, in between the potatoes.
- Then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Then roast the potato for 1 hour, basting the oil mixture at 30-minute intervals.
- Then serve immediately after roasting with sprinkle chaat masala.
