Creamy Spuds or Dum Aloo is a creamy tomato based curry with baby potatoes. The literal translation of Dum Aloo is slow cooked potatoes and the dish originates from the northern part of India. Creamy Spuds is best served with rice or naan.

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |
Water | 3 cups |
ALCO Creamy Spuds Gravy | 100g |
Boiled Mini White Potatoes | 10-12 |
Butter | 1/3 tbsp |
Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Pepper | 1/2 tsp |
Heavy Whipping Cream | 2 tbsp |

METHOD:
- Prep:
- Boil the potatoes.
- Add the Easy Indie Bowl jar contents to a bowl & mix thoroughly with water to create gravy.
- Cook:
- Melt butter in pan.
- Sauté the boiled potatoes with salt & pepper: 2-3 min.
- Add gravy & bring to rapid simmer on med/high heat. Stir regularly until thickening or desired consistency: 6-12 min. Stir to avoid burning.
- Remove from heat & drizzle in cream. Let sit: 3 min.
- Enjoy!
