Sorbet also called "water ice", is a very delicious and frozen dessert made from Fruits and honey. These easy fruit sorbets are dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and don’t even need an ice cream maker to make this recipe.

Strawberry Sorbet:
Strawberries | 1 pound |
Honey | ¼ cup |
Honeydew Melon Sorbet:
Honeydew Melon | 1 |
Honey | ¼ cup |
Blueberry Sorbet:
Blueberries, Frozen | 1 pound |
Honey | ¼ cup |
Peach Sorbet:
Peaches, Frozen | 1 pound |
Honey | ¼ cupl |

METHOD:
- Hull the strawberries by using a straw to push out the stem of each strawberry.
- Cut strawberries in half and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened.
- Add the frozen strawberries and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
- Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!
- Cut honeydew in half and remove seeds and cut into slices and remove fruit from the skin.
- Transfer melon pieces to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened.
- Add the frozen melon and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
