Sorbet also called "water ice", is a very delicious and frozen dessert made from  Fruits and honey. These easy fruit sorbets are dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and don’t even need an ice cream maker to make this recipe.

    Strawberry Sorbet:

    Strawberries 1 pound
    Honey ¼ cup

    Honeydew Melon Sorbet:

    Honeydew Melon 1
    Honey ¼ cup

    Blueberry Sorbet:

    Blueberries, Frozen 1 pound
    Honey ¼ cup

    Peach Sorbet:

    Peaches, Frozen 1 pound
    Honey ¼ cupl

    METHOD:

    Strawberry :
    1. Hull the strawberries by using a straw to push out the stem of each strawberry.
    2. Cut strawberries in half and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened.
    3. Add the frozen strawberries and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
    4. Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!
    Honeydew Melon :
    1. Cut honeydew in half and remove seeds and cut into slices and remove fruit from the skin.
    2. Transfer melon pieces to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened.
    3. Add the frozen melon and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
    4. Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!
    Blueberry :
    1. Add the blueberries and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
