    Ingredients

    Strawberry Sorbet:

    • Strawberries - 1 pound
    • Honey - ¼ cup

    Honeydew Melon Sorbet:

    • Honeydew Melon - 1
    • Honey - ¼ cup

    Blueberry Sorbet:

    • Blueberries, Frozen - 1 pound
    • Honey - ¼ cup

    Peach Sorbet:

    • Peaches, Frozen - 1 pound
    • Honey - ¼ cup
       

    Method

    Strawberry :

    • Hull the strawberries by using a straw to push out the stem of each strawberry.
    • Cut strawberries in half and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened.
    • Add the frozen strawberries and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
    • Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!

    Honeydew Melon :

    • Cut honeydew in half and remove seeds and cut into slices and remove fruit from the skin.
    • Transfer melon pieces to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened.
    • Add the frozen melon and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
    • Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!

    Blueberry :

    • Add the blueberries and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
    • Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!

    Peach :

    • Add the peaches and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
    • Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!
