Butter Paneer

History says that Delhi's famous Moti Mahal restaurant chain first prepared Paneer Butter Masala and; created it for the British population at the time, who had an inclination for Indian curry but could barely bear the spice. The Butter Paneer recipe is slightly sweet and spicy. It is rich in flavor and aromatic in smell, and the paneer is nice and bouncy. This Paneer Butter Masala is more waterless than some of the saucier styles of Butter Masala.

Butter Paneer is a rich, buttery, and creamy curry with a medium Indian spice level.

Ingredients Needed:
3 cups Water, 2 cups Cubed Paneer, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1/3 tbsp Butter, 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Prep:
1. Season paneer with salt & pepper.
2. Add the Easy Indie Bowl jar contents to a bowl & mix thoroughly with water to create the gravy.
Cook:
1. Melt butter in the pan.
2. Add gravy & bring to a rapid simmer on medium/high heat. Stir regularly: 2-3 min.
3. Add seasoned paneer to the pan. Continue simmering until gravy thickens to desired consistency: 8-10 min. Stir to avoid burning.
4. Remove from heat & drizzle in the cream. Let sit for 3 min and enjoy!
