A QUICK RECIPE TO MAKE AMRITSARI CHHOLE GRAVY AT HOME.
Heat a pan with 4 tsp oil. Add two finely chopped onions and saute them for a minute. Add 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste to the pan. Then add three finely chopped tomatoes. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium-to-low flame.
