WHITE CHOCOLATE CASHEW RABDI

Try something new for your sweet tooth palate. White chocolate cashew Rabdi, as it states, is a Rabdi recipe made with white chocolate coated cashews and fresh whole cream milk; served on golden fried bread. Quick and easy to make, it's a delicious and presentable dish to show off your culinary skills. 

You can make this recipe with Alco's white chocolate cashews; it will give your Rabdi a nutty-sweet flavor and a hint of chocolate. 

HOW TO MAKE WHITE CHOCOLATE CASHEW RABDI.

Take a pack of Alco's white chocolate cashews and grind them. Add 1-1.5 liters of full-fat milk in a pan and boil it. After the milk boils, add the ground cashews and stir it. Cook the milk until it gets thick (it shall take 45-50 mins). Now add sugar to taste.

On the other side, take a few bread slices and cut it into round shapes; you can use a sharp edge bowl. In another pan, pour some oil/ghee and deep fry the round bread slices till they turn golden brown. 

On each slice of bread, spread the cashew Rabdi, garnish it with Alco's Chocolate Espresso Cashew, and spread some petals over your dessert. Enjoy this delicious and beautiful dessert.
