Ingredients
Strawberry Sorbet:
- Strawberries - 1 pound
- Honey - ¼ cup
Honeydew Melon Sorbet:
- Honeydew Melon - 1
- Honey - ¼ cup
Blueberry Sorbet:
- Blueberries, Frozen - 1 pound
- Honey - ¼ cup
Peach Sorbet:
- Peaches, Frozen - 1 pound
- Honey - ¼ cup
Method
Strawberry :
- Hull the strawberries by using a straw to push out the stem of each strawberry.
- Cut strawberries in half and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened.
- Add the frozen strawberries and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
- Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!
Honeydew Melon :
- Cut honeydew in half and remove seeds and cut into slices and remove fruit from the skin.
- Transfer melon pieces to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened.
- Add the frozen melon and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
- Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!
Blueberry :
- Add the blueberries and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
- Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!
Peach :
- Add the peaches and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
- Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen. Enjoy!
