Creamy Chicken

Creamy Chicken or Chicken Korma is rooted from Mughlai cuisine. Korma means to marinate a meat and then braise the meat in a cream base. When the meat is braised in the cream base, the meat becomes extremely tender and the gravy becomes a rich and creamy glaze. Creamy Chicken is a very creamy, mild and flavorful curry that contains braised chicken. Creamy Chicken is best served with rice or naan.

Creamy Chicken is a creamy, zesty and buttery curry with a medium spice level.

Ingredients Needed:
3 cups Water, 2 cups Cubed Chicken, 1 tbsp Ginger Paste, 1 tbsp Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/3 tbsp Butter, 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Prep:
1. Marinate chicken in salt, garlic, & ginger: 15-20 min.
2. Add the Easy Indie Bowl jar contents to a bowl & mix thoroughly with water to create gravy.
Cook:
1. Pan fry chicken: 3 min.
2. Melt butter in pan.
3. Add gravy & bring to rapid simmer on med/high heat. Stir regularly until thickening or desired consistency 6-12 min. Stir to avoid burning.
4. Remove from heat & drizzle in cream. Let sit: 3 min.
5. Enjoy!
