Creamy Chicken

Creamy Chicken or Creamy garlic Chicken is rooted in Mughlai cuisine. The recipe requires braising the meat in a cream base. Ingredients Needed:
3 cups Water, 2 cups Cubed Chicken, 1 tbsp Ginger Paste, 1 tbsp Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/3 tbsp Butter, 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream ( optional).
Prep:
1. Marinate Chicken in salt, garlic, and ginger: 15-20 min.

Cook:
1. Pan fry chicken: 3 min.
2. Melt butter in pan.
3. Add gravy and bring to a rapid simmer on medium/high heat. Stir regularly until thickening or desired consistency 6-12 min. Stir to avoid burning.
4. Remove from heat and drizzle in cream (optional). Let sit: 3 min.
5. Enjoy!
