  • ¼ Tsp - Alco Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp - Alco red chili powder

  • Heat a pan, add oil, and bhindi. Fry the bhindi for five minutes till they become soft.
  • Keep the aside on the plate.
  • Add oil to the same pan, and add cumin seeds.
  • When the seeds become poppy, add onions until brown.
  • Add ginger, garlic paste, ad tomatoes, and cook well.
  • Add Alco garam masala powder and red chili powder, ad cook till the oil separates.
  • Add water and stir, and then add salt as required.
  • Let the bhindi thickens in texture.
