- ½ Cup- Tomato puree

Instructions
- Take a heavy-bottomed pan, and add mustard oil and butter.
- As mustard oil starts evaporating, add the whole spices-cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, and red chili flakes.
- Add the chopped onions and cook until they become brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and chopped capsicum to the pan.
- Stir continuously for 30 seconds.
