  • 1 Tsp - Alco Red Hot Chili powder
  • 1 Tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp - Kosher salt
  • 500 Gms - Elbow macaroni
  • 4 Cup - Vegetable broth
  • 1 Cup - Whole milk
  • 2 Cup - Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 1 Cup - Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Cup - Pepper jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp - Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 Tsp - Red chili flakes

Instructions

Instant- pot Mac n Cheese Recipe

  • Heat oil in an instant pot and on the saute mode.
  • Add peppers, jalapeno, and onions and saute them for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Check whether the onions become soft, and switch off the saute mode.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, Alco red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • Add vegetable broth and pasta.
  • Close the instant pot and let it cook for a few minutes.
  • Release the lid, and put the instant pot in saute mode.
  • Add milk and cheese to the instant pot.
  • Stir well and add more milk accordingly.
  • Stir continuously until the cheese melts and forms a creamy consistency.
