Indian Veg Kofta Gravy

Veg Kofta Curry is an exotic Indian gravy dish made from mixed vegetable dumplings dunked in an onion-tomato-based gravy.

Koftas are small round or oval-shaped dumplings made from minced vegetables, paneer, etc. along with mild spices that are deep-fried. These Kofta balls have a crispy outer layer and are soft from the inside.

Before serving, the Koftas are simmered for a few minutes in a rich onion-tomato-based gravy which is tempered with spices like cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, fennel seeds, etc.
Vegetable Kofta Curry is an exotic Indian gravy dish that comprises two parts Kofta and curry. The koftas are balls made out of minced veggies and spices that are deep/shallow fried and then added to a tangy, creamy, and spicy onion tomato-based curry. The Kofta's on their own too is very delicious and addictive and can be served as appetizers or snacks with some Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup. This dish can be served with Rice or any Indian flatbread like Roti/Naan/Chapati etc.
Our Veg Kofta flavor makes for an excellent rich, creamy, and delicious simmer sauce that pairs well with deep-fried minced veggie balls.
