- 1 Tbsp- Peanuts
- 2 Tbsp- Cooking oil
- 1 Sprig- Coriander leaves

Instructions
- Take poha into a bowl and add water to rinse the poha well.
- Let the poha stay for five to ten minutes to become the poha soft.
- Heat a pan, add oil, and roast the peanuts until crunchy and brown.
- Heat a pan again; add cooking oil, mustard seeds, chopped onions, potatoes, and curry leaves.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, and rinsed poha.
- Add salt and roasted peanuts, and mix all the contents by continuously stirring.

Dhokla

- 4-5- Green chilies
- ⅓ Cup- Water
- 1 Tsp- Sugar
- 2 Tbsp- Chopped coriander leaves

- Take gram flour, semolina, lemon juice, crushed green chilies, and ginger in a bowl.
- Add curd, water, and salt to make a batter free from lumps.
- Add eno and put the batter into a greased plate.
- Take a broad container, and add water to it.
- Put the batter into the container and cover the lid for 10-12 minutes.
- Check whether the batter is cooked or not with the help of a knife or chopstick.
- Put tempering to the dhokla prepared by heating the pan with the oil.

Making Dough,
- 2 Cup- Refined flour (Maida)
- ¾ Tsp- Ajwain
- ¾ Tsp- Salt
- 4 Tbsp- Oil
- ½ Cup- Water

- Add maida, salt, oil, and ajwain to prepare the dough in a mixing bowl.
- Add water and make a dough of smooth consistency.
- To prepare the stuffing, heat a pan and add oil.
- Add cooking oil, cumin seeds, ginger, and green chilies.
- Add Alco Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala, and amchur powder.
- Add green peas to the mixture and mix well to cook correctly.

- To prepare dumplings, paste green chilies, garlic, and cloves.
- Heat a pan; add oil, mustard seeds, garlic, ginger, and green chili paste.
- Add a sprig of curry leaves and boiled and mashed potatoes, and cook well.
- Add coriander leaves from the top to the pan.
- Make balls of the mixture.
- Add besan, rice flour, salt, hing, and Alco turmeric powder to make the batter.
- Dip the balls into the batter and deep fry them in hot oil.
- Fry the dumplings until crisp and golden brown.
- Place the hot dumplings in the middle of the pav, spread the green and sweet chutney to the pav, and serve your tasty vada pav.
