  • 1 ½ Cup- Besan (Gram flour)
  • ¼ Tsp- Alcoeats Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp- Salt
  • ¼ Tsp- Ajwain
  • 1 ½ Tsp- Cornflour
  • 2-3- Chopped green chilies
  • 2 Cups- Chopped onions
  • 1 Sprig- Coriander leaves
  • ½ Tsp- Alcoeats Garam masala
  • Oil for deep frying


  • Take gram flour, chopped onions, and green chilies in a large glass bowl.
  • Add salt, ajwain, turmeric powder, garam masala, and water.
  • Mix all the ingredients well to make a thick batter.
  • Heat a pan and add oil to it.
  • Put the batter in hot oil and fry until the pakodas become golden and crisp.

  • 2 Cup- Poha
  • 1- Big sized onion(Chopped)
  • 1- Potato(Chopped)
  • 2-3- Green chilies
  • ½ Tsp- Mustard seeds
  • 1 Sprig- Curry leaves
  • ¼ Tsp- Alcoeats Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp- Peanuts
  • 2 Tbsp- Cooking oil
  • 1 Sprig- Coriander leaves
  • To Taste- Salt


  • Take poha into a bowl and add water to rinse the poha well.
  • Let the poha stay for five to ten minutes to become the poha soft.
  • Heat a pan, add oil, and roast the peanuts until crunchy and brown.
  • Heat a pan again; add cooking oil, mustard seeds, chopped onions, potatoes, and curry leaves.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt, and rinsed poha.
  • Add salt and roasted peanuts, and mix all the contents by continuously stirring.
  • Add coriander leaves to garnish the poha.
  • Add lemon juice, sev, and chopped onions according to your preference.



Dhokla comes from a Gujarati dish, and the dhokla recipe is considered healthy because of its lentils, chickpeas, etc. It is made of chana dal or urad dal soaked and fermented, then steamed in an instant pot. For making the batter,

  • 1 Cup- Gram flour
  • 1 Tbsp- Semolina (optional)
  • 1 Tsp- Crushed green chili & ginger
  • 1 ½ Tsp- Lemon juice
  • ¼ Cup- Curd
  • To taste- Salt
  • ¾ Cup- Water
  • 1 Tsp- Eno
  • Oil for greasing

For tempering,

  • 2 Tbsp- Cooking oil
  • ½ Tsp- Mustard seeds
  • 1 Pinch- Hing
  • 1 Tsp- Sesame seeds
  • 10-15- Curry leaves
  • 4-5- Green chilies
  • ⅓ Cup- Water
  • 1 Tsp- Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp- Chopped coriander leaves


  • Take gram flour, semolina, lemon juice, crushed green chilies, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Add curd, water, and salt to make a batter free from lumps.
  • Add eno and put the batter into a greased plate.
  • Take a broad container, and add water to it.
  • Put the batter into the container and cover the lid for 10-12 minutes.
  • Check whether the batter is cooked or not with the help of a knife or chopstick.
  • Put tempering to the dhokla prepared by heating the pan with the oil.
  • Add mustard, green chilies, curry leaves, hing, sesame seeds, and sugar.
  • Add the tempering to the dhoklas and garnish with coriander leaves.

  • 3-4 - Boiled potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp- Oil or ghee
  • ¾ Tsp- Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp- Chopped garlic
  • 1-2- Chopped green chilies
  • A Pinch- Hing
  • ¾ Tsp- Alco Kashmiri red chili powder
  • ½ Tsp- Cumin powder
  • ½ Tsp- Salt
  • 1 Tsp- Alco Garam masala
  • ½ Tsp- Amchur powder
  • ½ Cup- Green peas
  • ¼ Cup- Coriander leaves

Making Dough,

  • 2 Cup- Refined flour (Maida)
  • ¾ Tsp- Ajwain
  • ¾ Tsp- Salt
  • 4 Tbsp- Oil
  • ½ Cup- Water


  • Add maida, salt, oil, and ajwain to prepare the dough in a mixing bowl.
  • Add water and make a dough of smooth consistency.
  • To prepare the stuffing, heat a pan and add oil.
  • Add cooking oil, cumin seeds, ginger, and green chilies.
  • Add Alco Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala, and amchur powder.
  • Add green peas to the mixture and mix well to cook correctly.
  • Add coriander leaves from the top to garnish.
  • Make the samosa shape from the dough, and add the potato stuffing.
  • Deep fry the samosas in the hot oil, and your delicious samosas are ready to eat.

Vada Pav

Vada Pav

For Stuffing,

  • 3-4- Boiled potatoes
  • ¾ Inch- Ginger
  • 2-3- Garlic cloves

  • ½ Tsp- Mustard seeds
  • 1 Sprig- Curry leaves

For the Batter,

  • ¾ Cup- Besan

  • 1 Pinch- hing
  • 1 Pinch- Alco Turmeric powder
  • 1- Pav


  • To prepare dumplings, paste green chilies, garlic, and cloves.
  • Heat a pan; add oil, mustard seeds, garlic, ginger, and green chili paste.
  • Add a sprig of curry leaves and boiled and mashed potatoes, and cook well.
  • Add coriander leaves from the top to the pan.
  • Make balls of the mixture.
  • Add besan, rice flour, salt, hing, and Alco turmeric powder to make the batter.
  • Dip the balls into the batter and deep fry them in hot oil.
  • Fry the dumplings until crisp and golden brown.
  • Place the hot dumplings in the middle of the pav, spread the green and sweet chutney to the pav, and serve your tasty vada pav.
