Meat Masala

Meat Masala Powder is a spice mix used in Keralan cuisine. You can use it generally as a marinade for various types of meat. Meat masala can be massaged onto pieces of beef as a dry powder mix or blended with oil to make a paste that more smoothly coats the meat.

Meat Masala's Chilli, Pepper, and Coriander will give your favorite meat dishes a nice kick of heat and an excellent aroma.

Though there are various ways to use Meat Masala, the most common way is to use it in marinades. You can also use this while preparing gravies.
1. Add pieces of mutton or beef to a bowl with ground onions, ginger and garlic paste, yogurt, Meat Masala Powder, and salt.
2. Marinate the mutton or beef for at least 2 hours.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Caramelize the chopped onions.
5. Add marinated mutton or beef to the pan.
6. Roast them until golden brown.
