- 450 gms - Chopped Chicken
- ½ Tbsp - Cinnamon
- 3 / 4 - Fresh cloves
- 2 / 3 - Black pepper
- 10 - Curry leaves
- 8 - Cashews
- 3 Tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp - Coriander Powder
- 2 Tbsp - Cumin Powder
- 3 Tbsp - Refined oil
- 1 Cup - Milk
- 2 Tbsp - Alcoeats Spicy Chicken
For the Marination
- 3 Tbsp - Yogurt (Curd)
- 2 Tbsp - Turmeric Powder
- 3 Tbsp - Red chili Powder
- 2 Tbsp - Salt
For Serving
- ½ - Slice of lemon
- 1 Tbsp - Chopped coriander
Method -
- 1. For marination, take a glass bowl and add chopped chicken, turmeric, red chili powder, yogurt, and salt. Mix the ingredients well and keep aside for 10 minutes to marinate well.
- 2. Put cashews and milk in the processor. Keep the paste aside for further steps.
- 3. Take a heavy-bottom pan and add oil to it. Heat the oil over medium flame.
