Carrot Cinnamon Smoothie

This Carrot Cinnamon smoothie is creamy and super satisfying. The fresh simple anti-inflammatory ingredients make a great delightful combination.

  • 2 cups Carrots
  • 1-½ cups Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp ALCO Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2-1 inch Fresh Ginger
  • Stevia- To Taste
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon


  • Firstly, place the carrot chunks and coconut milk into a blender with turmeric powder, ginger, cinnamon, and stevia (or honey).
  • Then blend on medium speed until the slushy puree is completely smooth, about 50 seconds. Then use tamper as needed.
  • Then add cream and process for 15 seconds more.
  • Then adjust the sweetener according to your preference, then add a bit more stevia if needed, and blend again briefly.
