Carrot Cinnamon Smoothie

ingredients
- 2 cups Carrots
- 1-½ cups Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp ALCO Turmeric Powder
- 1/2-1 inch Fresh Ginger
- Stevia- To Taste
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
Method
- Firstly, place the carrot chunks and coconut milk into a blender with turmeric powder, ginger, cinnamon, and stevia (or honey).
- Then blend on medium speed until the slushy puree is completely smooth, about 50 seconds. Then use tamper as needed.
- Then add cream and process for 15 seconds more.
- Then adjust the sweetener according to your preference, then add a bit more stevia if needed, and blend again briefly.
