The ingredients include cauliflower rice, onion (chopped), carrots, beans, curry leaves, green chili pepper, grated ginger root powder, fresh ginger root paste, black mustard seeds, asafoetida powder, sea salt, and chopped coriander. Other optional spices include garam masala if preferred.
  • Baked Cauliflower- To make this easy yet healthy baked cauliflower, you need cauliflower florets and butter - though if you want it healthy, then you could use olive oil; garlic powder, ground paprika, red hot chili powder, and salt. It takes less than 20 minutes in an oven, that has been heated up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop up the cauliflower and place it onto a baking sheet. Drizzle oil over the top of the florets, before sprinkling on your seasonings, including garlic powder or ground paprika, plus black pepper and salt, before giving them one last coat for good measure. After about ten or fifteen minutes in the oven - once they start getting crispier around all sides and roasted cauliflower is ready- take them out to cool off for consumption without burning yourself.
