Make Soft Shell Beef Tacos
Tacos are made with tomato, ground beef, Mexican cheddar cheese, onion, and a mixture of special spices. It is good to serve on the Cinco De Mayo special dish.

Ingredients
- 8 flour- Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons- Diced Onion
- 1 pound- Ground Beef
- 1tsp- ALCO Garam Masala
- 1 tsp- ALCO Red Chili Powder
- 3 tablespoons- Water
- 1- Tomato
- ¼- Head Lettuce
- 1 cup shredded- Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp (Optional)- ALCO Cajun Seasoning
METHOD
- First, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Then wrap tortillas in foil and heat while the meat is cooking.
- Then preheat saute pan medium-to-high for 2-3 minutes. Then place onions and crumbled ground round into pan, breaking into small pieces as it browns. Then continue to cook until browned.
- Now drain liquid from the pan. Then add spices seasoning mixture and water, then simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
- Then, while the meat is cooking, chop tomato and shred lettuce. Then remove tortillas from the oven.
- Then assemble tacos, filling each with a portion of beef. Top each with tomato, lettuce, cheese, and peri peri cajun seasoning (if desired).
- Enjoy your yummy Tacos!
