MEXICAN BEEF RECIPE WITH MAC & CHEESE

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon - Olive oil
- 3 cloves - Garlic (minced)
- 1 - Onion (chopped)
- 1 cup - Peas
- 750g - Beef (minced)
- 500g - Tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons - Hot sauce
- 400g - Canned kidney beans (drained)
- 3 cups - Beef (or chicken) broth
- 350g - Macaroni
- 1 cup - Shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ teaspoon - Salt
- ½ teaspoon - Ground paprika
- ½ teaspoon - Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon - Ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon (chopped) - Parsley
Cooking Method
- Take a pot and heat the olive oil on medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic in now. Sauté onions till they turn translucent.
- Add the beef and keep stirring occasionally till it turns brown.
- Add in the macaroni, peas, tomato sauce, kidney beans, hot sauce, paprika, pepper, salt, and onion powder. Pour in the chicken broth too.
- Cook for around 15-18 minutes or till the macaroni gets completely cooked.
- Finally, add the mozzarella cheese stir, then add more mozzarella cheese on top (if you like).
