  • 3 Cups- Cooked basmati rice

Instructions

  • Mix salt and lemon juice in a bowl well.
  • Heat a pan; add oil, mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
  • Add garlic cloves, cumin seeds, curry leaves, cashews, green chili, chana dal, and urad dal.

  • 1 Tsp- Alco Kashmiri chili powder
  • To Taste- Salt
  • 1 Tsp- Alco garam masala
  • 2 Tbsp- Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Heat a wok/kadhai, and add cooking oil, mustard, and cumin seeds.
  • Let the seeds pop out, and add garlic, bay leaf, and dry red chilies.
  • Add chopped onions and cook until brown.
  • Add tomatoes, Alco turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder.
  • Add soaked and boiled chickpeas and salt.
  • Let the Gravy thicken and cook properly.
  • Add the chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
  • Serve this delicious chickpea with steamed, jeera rice, naan, or chapati.

  • 500 Gms- Chicken pieces

  • ⅓ Tsp- Salt

  • ¾ Tsp- Alco turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp- Alco garam masala
  • 1 Tbsp- Oil

For Gravy,

  • 2-3 Tbsp- Butter
  • 2 Inch- Cinnamon sticks
  • 2-4- Green cardamoms
  • 2-4- Cloves
  • 3 Cup- Tomato puree
  • ½ Tbsp- Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2-3- Green chilies
  • 18-20- Cashews
  • ½ Cup- Water
  • 2 Tsp- Alco Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 Tsp- Alco Garam Masala
  • ½ Tbsp- Kasuri methi
  • 2 Tbsp- Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Add chicken pieces to a large glass bowl; add chicken pieces, Kashmiri red chili powder, and salt.
  • Add lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, Alco turmeric powder, and garam masala.
  • Cover the lid and refrigerate for a long time.
  • Make tomato and cashews puree, add cashews and tomatoes in a blender, and blend them till smooth paste.
  • Keep the marinated chicken out, and heat a pan.
  • Add butter, cinnamon, cloves, and green cardamoms.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, red chili powder, and garam masala.
  • Add the tomato-cashew puree, and cook on low flame.
  • When tomato puree gets thickened, add water and cook until it gets thoroughly cooked.
  • Roast the chicken on the stovetop, and spread butter evenly to the pan.
  • Put the marinated chicken and roast on both sides.
  • Add roasted chicken to the Gravy.
  • Add salt and kasuri methi to the butter chicken gravy.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and naan.

Bhindi Masala

Bhindi Masala

The most common vegetable liked by everyone is Bhindi. This recipe is easy to make and can be prepared in no time. Bhindi is coated with spicy and tangy masala to give perfect crispy bhindi masala.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp- Cooking oil
  • ½ Tsp- Mustard seeds
  • ½ Tsp- Cumin seeds
  • 15-20- Chopped Bhindi
  • 1- Onion (big)
  • 2 Tsp- Alco coriander powder
  • To Taste- Salt
  • ½ Tsp- Alco turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp- Alco red chili powder

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large pan, add mustard seeds, and let them pop up.
  • Add onions and Bhindi to the pan, and fry until the Bhindi becomes soft and the onions become pink.
  • Add Alco coriander, turmeric, and chili powder, and mix the ingredients well in the pan.
  • Fry the Bhindi with the masalas for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve the bhindi masala with roti, naan, kulcha, etc.
