- ¼ cup - Diced green or black olives
- ¼ cup - Diced dill pickles
- 1 green onion - Finely sliced
- 10 slices - deli ham (see note)
Cooking Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, using a hand mixer. Add the olives, pickle, and green onion to this beat-up cheese. Blend the entire mixture on medium speed until evenly combined.
- Place a slice of ham on a cutting board. Spread a layer of cream cheese on this slice from edge to edge.
- Roll the ham slice with cheese into a tight log and transfer to a plate.
- Repeat with the remaining ham slices.
- Cover and chill for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
