  • 8 ounces - Softened cream cheese 
  • ¼ cup - Diced green or black olives
  • ¼ cup - Diced dill pickles
  • 1 green onion - Finely sliced
  • 10 slices - deli ham (see note)

Cooking Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, using a hand mixer. Add the olives, pickle, and green onion to this beat-up cheese. Blend the entire mixture on medium speed until evenly combined.
  • Place a slice of ham on a cutting board. Spread a layer of cream cheese on this slice from edge to edge.
  • Roll the ham slice with cheese into a tight log and transfer to a plate.
  • Repeat with the remaining ham slices.
  • Cover and chill for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
  • Serve and enjoy!
