Mac and Cheese with Veggies
This Healthy Vegetable Mac & Cheese recipe is a delicious, easy, weeknight dinner or side dish made in 25 minutes that your kids will love!

Ingredients
- 1 cup- Macaroni
- 3 Cups- Milk
- ½ Cup- Butter
- ½ Cup- Cornstarch
- 1 cup- Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ Cup- Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup- Corn
- 1 cup- Tomato Sliced
- 1 cup- Carrot
- 1 cup- Cauliflower Florets
- 1 cup- Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup- Capsicum
- Salt- to taste
- Black Pepper- taste
- ALCO Chaat Masala- to taske
METHOD
- Firstly, take boil water with salt. Then add the macaroni and cook for 3-5 mins. Then while cooking the broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, corn, and tomatoes. all veggies, Set aside
- Then In a large pan over high heat, stir the butter, cornstarch, milk, mozzarella, cheddar, and heavy cream until getting a thick sauce.
- Then add the vegetables, mix very well and set aside. Then once the macaroni is ready, drain it and transfer it to the pan with the sauce. Stir together.
- Now serve in plates sprinkles Chaat Masala and enjoy.
